Airline Fleet Intelligence
Drawing from my background and experience in aviation, I understand the critical needs for airlines to have a centralized platform to keep track the real-time fleet availability and performance. Collaborating closely with a prominent airline, I embarked on a mission to deliver actionable insights for their fleet management operations.
Through interactive visualizations and advanced analytics, airline stakeholders gain actionable intelligence to make informed decisions, such as strategic aircraft deployment, proactive maintenance scheduling, and fuel consumption optimization. This project not only streamlined operational workflows but also contributed to substantial cost savings and improved overall fleet performance.

Seemless Integration - Power BI
It was a complex project where I aggregated data from multiple tables, including a fact table and several lookup tables fetched from SQL databases. Initially, the data was not cleaned and was not in a useful format for analytics. First, I transformed the data using Power Query, a tool inside the Power BI Suite. Then, I designed a data model to ensure we had the necessary information and removed unnecessary fields to streamline the data loading process. Finally, I created several dashboards with valuable insights to help stakeholders gain a clear view of the aircraft fleet's forecast for the next 10 years.

Making Data Analytics Accessible for SMEs
It has long been a challenge for SMEs to find professionals with both business knowledge and data skills for analytics purposes. Building a dedicated data team sometimes is not a economically viable solution and can lead to overstaffing.
To address this challenge, I have collaborated with businesses across diverse fields as a data consultant. I assist them in developing bespoke business intelligence dashboards, empowering them to maximize the potential of their data. Additionally, I provide training sessions to enable them to independently update and customize their dashboards according to their unique requirements.

Pick the Outperforming Stocks in the Market
I worked as a consultant for a startup brokerage firm in Vietnam to develop a dynamic platform aimed at enabling brokers to swiftly identify lucrative investment opportunities. This initiative significantly enhanced their decision-making process, leading to a remarkable increase in annual profits. By 2023, our solution had propelled the company's profit margin to 40%, a substantial improvement from the approximately 15% achieved prior to its implementation.
Real-time data is continuously fetched to this dashboard via an API, which is then processed using Python to incorporate essential metrics such as the Moving Average 200 sessions (MA200), MA10, and price-volume patterns. The data is then visually presented in Tableau to facilitate the early detection of stocks with promising cash flow potential.
